drinking ritual A drinking vessel for the energy drink Red Bull
that at one and the same time stipulates a
drinking ritual. The spike on the inside of the
beaker is used to open the Red Bull drink can.
The Bull Spike is made of recyclable, resilient,
dishwasher-safe polycarbonate. A special
aluminium edition was created for use at
Formula I races.
Drinking Red Bull means taking in external
energy. The transfer of vital energy is an
ancient motif found in love potions and
sacrificial rituals. EOOS has redefined the ritual
of energy intake in the Bull Spike. When
served, the beaker is closed with a lid, which
the can is placed on. The can is opened by
striking it against the spike, placed in the
beaker again it can be removed. |
