During development, this lounge chair was nicknamed the “flying carpet.” The name comes from the surface, which forms a gentle curve between the two horizontal, round wooden beams – a curve created naturally by gravity.
The backrest is set back from the edge, allowing the Flying Carpet to be seen from behind as well. The user sits on two soft cushions, enjoying a sense of privacy.
