Conventional shower cabins require a lot of space and often look unattractive. We reimagined this concept by simply folding the glass doors that otherwise obstruct the room inward against the wall. Instead of an empty enclosure, this solution achieves calm, clear wall surfaces.
One of the glass panes is available with a mirror coating to conceal the fixtures when closed – the functional features disappear, and the large wall mirror even visually enlarges the room. This effect lends the bathroom more spatial depth.
The technical sketches depict the section through the profile and the rotation of the door. The aim was to ensure precise, smooth surfaces.
The specially designed aluminum profiles allow the glass door to rotate 180 degrees. This is essential for accessibility and cleaning.
