The ZUV (Zero Emission Utility Vehicle) is a circular vehicle concept for electrically powered cargo bikes that can be 3D printed from recycled PP plastic in decentralized fab labs.
Inspiration for this project came in part from Frithjof Bergmann’s concept of New Work – a vision that includes autonomously determined self-production using high-tech processes alongside gainful employment and the work that people really, really want to do. The worldwide Fab City movement aims to make global knowledge available locally and ensure it can be interpreted across cultures.
